She was found unconscious and unresponsive, later pronounced dead at the scene, surrounded by approximately 100 pills.

According to the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner, her death has been officially ruled a suicide, with the cause of death determined to be acute intoxication from a combination of:

Diphenhydramine (commonly known as Benadryl),

Cetirizine (known as Zyrtec),

Ethanol (alcohol),

Amphetamine (prescription medication often used to treat ADHD)
